The Challenge Golf Group is based in Marshall, Texas, and has over thirty years experience in both commercial and residential real estate development on a national level. Our portfolio of fine properties includes eleven golf and amenity communities located in Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Arizona. We also invest in outside mountain and coastal master-planned communities throughout the country whose development philosophies are aligned with our own.

We love the game of golf, but our passion is creating family lifestyle communities that not only offer a first-class golf experience, but also provide desireable amenities such as lakes and marinas, clubhouses and restaurants, equestrian centers, wellness centers, hiking trails, and much more. Our goal is to constantly look for ways to enhance the individual attributes that make each community unique while using our operating and management expertise to maximize value for every stakeholder, including our property owners.
